Meghan Markle is said to have ‘hated her trip in Australia along with Prince Harry, despite receiving an official reception at The Land Down Under, reported GB News.
The shocking allegations were made in the royal author Tina Brown’s new publication, The Palace Papers In it, she claims that a Palace insider had revealed Meghan’s actual opinions about her trip to Australia in which she was also in the beginning stages of her first pregnancy.
Although Harry and Meghan received warm receptions when they visited Sydney, Melbourne, Fraser Island, and Dubbo The duchess was still unsure about the visit.
Brown wrote in her memoir that Brown referenced a person who said: “So, Meghan must have been thrilled about the whole thing … surely? Not really. She clearly hated everything about it. She couldn’t comprehend the reason why things were set up in that manner. “
“Instead of being excited when thousands of people showed up at the Opera House, it was very much like, ‘What’s the purpose? I don’t understand this,” she wrote.
The claims appear to be backed by the findings of a The Times report that came out in the year 2000 and stated that Meghan considered the Australia trip “silly”.
Meghan is in the beginning phases of her initial pregnancies during the tour. She was able to complete 75 engagements in 16 days together with Harry during their travels to Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, and Tonga.
Ms. Brown says in her book that Meghan was aware of Harry’s little-known importance in the royal family during the tour.
“It was a head-turner for Meghan to witness the full-throttle motorcade with an outrider-vrooming, roaring crowd of the adored young royal on a trip that was planned down to the final teacup served by the Palace machine.
