Pakistani film ‘The Legend of Moolah Jat’ reached the mark of 200 crores by achieving a historic success.
Directed by Bilal Lashari, the film has already won the honor of being the first film to enter the 100-crore club.
The film has so far grossed $9.05 million worldwide, which is estimated at Rs 199 crore in Pakistani rupees.
‘The Legend of Moolah Jat’ continues to run worldwide and the film will soon cross the 200 crore mark.
According to a report by a British agency, ‘The Legend of Moolah Jat’ has become the highest-grossing film of the Indian subcontinent at the UK box office in the last four years.
The film was released worldwide on 13 October and is a remake of the 1979 classic Punjabi film ‘Mola Jat’.
The Legend of Moolah Jutt is a reboot of the classic that was released in 1979 and is now showing on 500 screens in 25 different markets. It has collected a staggering Rs 100 crore and more worldwide. Thus it set a new record for Pakistani films worldwide.
The movie has seen a lot of theaters on weekdays.
