Warframe Crossplay:
As of right now, Warframe Crossplay does not exist. However, there is good news: Warframe Crossplay in 2022 will be a high priority on Digital Extremes’ priority list.
At a conference in 2021, Warframe cross-platform development was confirmed with cross-platform savings.
This is great news for people who don’t want to spend hundreds of hours on frames and gear they haven’t yet unlocked on their main accounts. The ability to play on your PC and have your friend’s games next to you on the Switch will allow players to enjoy both. This is a dream come real for many Warframe enthusiasts.
Warframe Cross Progression & Warframe Cross-Platform Saves
Although Warframe Crossplay isn’t yet available publicly, you can still access your saves from other devices.
Sorry to disappoint you, but you can’t.
Warframe saves cannot be played on any other device than the original. There are plans to cross-platform progress and implement Warframe cloud saves.
Although there is no timeframe yet for Warframe cloud saves and Warframe crossplay, fans expect them to be available sometime in 2022.
Warframe Mobile
We were gifted Warframe on the Nintendo Switch not long ago. This allows us to take Warframe wherever we go (as long there is Wifi).
But not everyone has a Switch. However, most people have a smartphone. Fans have long hoped for a mobile version of Warframe.
Can you play Warframe on your phone?
Unfortunately, not yet. At least not yet. This feature is also in development and should be available sometime in 2022/2023.
